More Techniques. More Solutions. One Chiropractor Who
Knows How to Use Them.
Dr. Hamel is trained in multiple adjusting systems – Diversified, Gonstead, SOT, COX Flexion-Distraction, Activator, and joint mobilization – along with an advanced soft tissue toolkit that includes Fascial Manipulation Level I, dry needling, IASTM, cupping, kinesiology taping, low-level laser therapy (LLLT), McKenzie/Williams methods, nerve flossing, Pin and Stretch, PIR, and CRAC stretching. She also specializes in vestibular care – performing Epley, Yacovino, and Half Somersault maneuvers for BPPV, along with vestibular and oculomotor training and craniosacral therapy. If you’ve been told your vertigo or dizziness is something you just have to live with, there’s a good chance Dr. Hamel disagrees.
Dr. Hamel is trained in Diversified, Gonstead, SOT, COX Flexion-Distraction, Activator, and joint mobilization techniques. Rather than applying the same adjustment to every patient, she selects the method that best matches your spine, your presentation, and your comfort every session.
Fascial Manipulation Level I. Dry needling. IASTM. Cupping. Kinesiology taping. Low-level laser therapy. McKenzie/Williams. Nerve flossing. Pin and Stretch. PIR. CRAC stretching. Dr. Hamel integrates these techniques directly into your session, not as add-ons, but as tools applied when they will produce the best result for your body.
Vertigo, dizziness, and vestibular dysfunction are conditions most chiropractors don’t treat. Dr. Hamel does using Epley, Yacovino, and Half Somersault repositioning maneuvers for BPPV, along with vestibular rehabilitation, oculomotor training, and craniosacral therapy. If you’ve been told to just live with it, book a consultation first.
Dr. Hamel works directly alongside BodyFit’s physical therapy and personal training team. Your adjustments, soft tissue work, corrective exercise, and strength programming are built toward the same goal so every component of your care reinforces the others, from your first session to your last.
